Features and Benefits

The only reactive CyDye fluors specifically optimized for nucleic acid microarray labeling. Higher reactivity Cy3 and Cy5 dyes: 40 000 pmol reactive dye per vial, at >75% reactive dye content. Ready-to-use, individually dispensed, and packed in foil packs for protective storage. Use of these reagents avoids waste of excess dye and the need to aliquot and store material from large pack sizes. Includes 12 vials Cy3 NHS ester and 12 vials Cy5 NHS ester. For the generation of highly fluorescent Cy3- and Cy5-labeled probes via post-labeling (amino allyl) method.
